Preparations begin 24 hours after receipt of your deposit and therefore as previously mentioned, no refunds will be given should you cancel. This includes cancellations due to inclement weather for outdoor events. We will be happy to reschedule based on availability. However, if you cannot find a date that suits your needs, any merchandise purchased with your monies will be returned to you minus the booking fee and any additional fees as reflected in your contract.
Note: Glam N Style is not responsible for any cancellation fees incurred by third-party vendors (i.e. venue, DJ, caterers, florists, etc.)
PRICING INQUIRIES AND EVENT REQUESTS:
To request pricing information and/or event date, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or visit our Services section and complete the form located at the bottom of the homepage.
We strongly suggest you provide at least 30 days' notice (90 days for Weddings and large events) in order to ensure availability and receipt of items needed to prepare for your event. Please note, events are booked on a first come first serve basis and we will not hold dates. Your date will be reserved as soon as we receive your deposit.
Payments are made in full.
No Refund or Return Policy.
A 25% booking fee is required to reserve your date. Payments can be made with cash, bank wire transfer or credit/debit card. Personal checks are not accepted. You have 24 hours after your deposit is received to cancel in order to receive a full refund. Booking fees are non-refundable after this time.
Final Payments for service are due no later than seven (7) days prior to your event date, unless otherwise noted in the contract details.
